兒童課程-內容及練習目的

Children's Program - Ages 6 to 11
兒童課程 6歲至11歲


目標
本會訓練可同時加強兒童於其他運動的協調能力,改善集中力及學習態度。 建立自信、互相尊重、紀律及勇於面對成長時的壓力及困難。

Goal
Our programs for children will improve your child's performance in other sports as well as improving study habits and increasing overall concentration. To build self-confidence, self-respect, and self-discipline, and helping young people to deal with the many problems they face growing up in today's world, including drugs, peer pressure and gangs.

青年/成人課程-內容及練習目的
Adult Program- 12 years old and older
青年/成人課程內容 -12歲或以上

目標

  1. 強化身體協調能力,強身自衛;
  2. 透過靜態及動態運動訓練增強身體機能;
  3. 增加身體柔軟度;
  4. 以呼吸及精神集中練習減輕日常生活壓力;
  5. 透過訓練加強人體內外之力量,及控制力量之技巧。

男士

女士

  • * 修身 Keep Fit
    * 自衛術
    * 建立身心自信

    * 身體協調及柔軟度

Goal

  1. Learning self-defense and enabling self-development that benefits the body and the mind.
  2. To strengthen your body by isometric and dynamic tension exercises.
  3. Enhance flexibility
  4. The breathing and concentration exercises allow you to relax from the stress of daily life.
  5. To build up internal power to increased energy, self-discipline, and fitness for a longer happier life.

For Men
