Goal:
Our programs for children will improve your child's performance in other sports as well as improving study habits and increasing overall concentration. To build self-confidence, self-respect, and self-discipline, and helping young people to deal with the many problems they face growing up in today's world, including drugs, peer pressure and gangs.

Introduction
This is a sport combining Tae Kwon Do, Karate and Kick-Boxing skill. Students will be learning different body parts’ stretch, rope skipping skill, body balance as well as punching, kicking and self-defense techniques etc. Classes give both a great aerobic and anaerobic workout and will also develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination.

Contents

  1. Martial Art Stretching
  2. Steps
  3. Punching (straight, hook, back fist etc.)
  4. Kicking (front kick, scorpion kick, jump kicks etc.)
  5. Shadow boxing
  6. Defending techniques
  7. Target training and reaction exercise.
